Aaron's sweet mountain bike - hand built from an old frame and entirely new parts in June 2016.

That same month he re-built my mountain bike for Father's Day.  A few weeks later, we rode them in  one of our favorite vacation lands - Acadia National Park in Maine.

Now in the hands of Tim Viani.  We are planning to ride the NYC Bike Tour in May 2018.  Join us.  Stay tuned to AaronsLegacy.team for more information.

Aaron's Awesome Downhill Mountain Bike
Heading off to Adam for the mountains in Colorado

This bike cost several thousand dollars - used back in 2008.  Aaron rode it a lot, including on RPI's Downhill Mountain Biking Team.  What a machine it is.  Enjoy the Ride Adam....

Aaron Remembrance and Moorestown Friends School Dedication on Friday September 15, 2017:

About 50 family and friends attended a dedication ceremony at Moorestown Friends School where we had a chance to speak openly to the group.  Speakers included: Larry Van Meter, Head of MFS, Tyler Basara, Aaron's friend, cousin and classmate, Debbie and me.  Debbie and I took time to share our feelings, realizing, if not with this group, then with whom could we?

We returned to our home and hosted a large Friday Night Pizza dinner.  Many enjoyed the newly renovated garage that will be published in a future post.

AaronsLegacy.team runs debut Half Marathon on Sunday September 17, 2017:

Megan and JP ran the Philadelphia Distance Run (Rock-N-Roll Half Marathon) today along with cousins Shannon Basara and Patrick Higgins.  Ran it in 1:38:46, or about 7:32 per mile.  Ran conservatively in beginning and then raced it in for the final 3 miles, averaging about 7:10 over the final 5K.

The fan base was huge.  About 30 or so fans saw us in 3 different locations on the course.  Many Moorestown runners wore shirts in honor of Aaron.

Afterwards, upwards of 50 family and friends attended the traditional post race gathering in Tir Na Nog.

Aaron loved these events and the gathering of family and friends afterwards.  He was greatly missed today.

Thank to fellow runners and the fans.  And especially thank you to Debbie for always being there.

AaronsLegacy.team is making its debut.

T-Shirts have been ordered and our first memorial race is just 6 days away.  Megan and I will be a Duo-Athlete Team.  We will be joined by cousins Shannon Basara and Patrick Higgins on Sunday September 17, 2017 in the 40th Philadelphia Distance Run (aka Rock-N-Roll Half Marathon).

Many from the Moorestown Distance Running Club will be joining us.

The fans are also ready and many will be there.  Debbie will be there.  She always is.

After the race we will gather at Tir Na Nog to celebrate the run and to remember that Aaron was always a big fan at the big races.

Running to Remember our beloved Aaron.

Here are the T-shirt selections.  Orders have been closed, but there will be another order in early November.
